Do you have Electronic Health Records system?
Yes, we have NeoCareX, an EHR system as well as MyCareX, a Personal Health Records (PHR) system that integrates with the EHR. NeoCareX base services are being hosted free of charge for your practice!
What is a Personal Health Record (PHR) system?
It is a system that allows individuals to securely access, manage, and share their own health information in a private, confidential, and standardized way. It typically includes data such as medical history, medications, allergies, immunizations, and test results collected from various healthcare providers. Unlike electronic health records (EHRs), which are maintained by healthcare organizations, PHRs are controlled and updated by the individual patient.
What does your Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) system do?
Our RPM system, VitalCareX, makes use of digital technologies to collect health data with the use of calibrated FDA approved devices (to measure blood pressure, blood sugar, body weight and blood oxygen levels) from individuals and electronically transmit the data to the patient’s app, MyCareX and to the care team through NeoCareX, the EHR system.
VitalCareX has an intelligent AI powered ‘companion’ that provides feedback to the patients on their health and wellness indicators. Patients receive periodic notifications based on their daily activity, diet, exercise, and information from care providers.
Does your Electronic Health Records system use AI?
Yes, NeoCareX, our EHR system uses AI based tools. We are working to make the system incrementally intuitive with the use of AI.
What are some of the features of your PHR system?
MyCareX, our PHR system has the capabilities for the patients to access medical history, doctors’ and care teams’ notes, laboratory and radiology results. It also has the capabilities to share patient’s health summary with patient’s designated caretakers and family members anywhere, as approved by the patients. Additionally, it has added features like remote patient monitoring and telehealth that helps in virtual care.
What does the patient referral tool, RideON, do?
RideON, our patient referral tool is designed to easily send patient referrals to physicians and other care providers including Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers. RideON has the capability to connect directly with other EHR systems that other providers use, to whom the patients get referred to. It also allows the providers receiving referrals to record their findings and close the loop. The bi-directional referral records are maintained securely in our servers for future reference.
