Global Health Information Technology LLC — Privacy Center & Master Framework

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 Last Updated: October 13, 2026

Welcome to Our Privacy Center

Welcome to the Privacy Center of Global Health Information Technology LLC ("GHeIT"). Because GHeIT delivers diverse technology solutions ranging from enterprise clinical platforms and patient mobile applications to closed-loop referral management and e-commerce, how we collect, use, and protect your information depends on which GHeIT service you use and our legal role in providing that service.

Our privacy framework is built on a foundation of global compliance, strictly adhering to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), SOC 2 Type I trust services criteria, and standardized interoperability protocols like HL7® FHIR®.

I. Our Regulatory Roles: Data Controller vs. Data Processor / Business Associate

Under global, federal, and state laws, GHeIT acts in one of two legal capacities depending on the product:

  1. As a "Business" or "Data Controller": When you visit our corporate website, purchase products on ShopRideOn, or use direct consumer features, GHeIT determines why and how your personal information is processed. These activities are governed by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).
  2. As a "Business Associate" or "Data Processor": When healthcare providers, hospitals, or clinical enterprises deploy NeoCareX, VitalCareX, SyncPaX, provider-tethered instances of RideOn, or MyCareX, GHeIT processes Protected Health Information (PHI) and Medical Information strictly on behalf of those healthcare institutions. That data is governed by HIPAA, the HITECH Act, the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA), and our executed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) or Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).

II. Service-Specific Privacy Notices

Select the notice below that corresponds to the GHeIT platform you are using:

  • Website Visitor & Lead Generation Policy: Governs visitors to our website, product demo requests, B2B provider inquiries, newsletter subscriptions, cookies, and web telemetry.
  • MyCareX Mobile App Patient Privacy Policy: Governs individuals and authorized caregivers using the MyCareX Personal Health Record (PHR), virtual care tools, and the MyCareX Intelligent Companion.
  • Clinical Enterprise & HIPAA/BAA Notice: Governs healthcare organizations, clinics, and clinicians using NeoCareX (EHR & Practice Management), the VitalCareX remote patient monitoring portal, and SyncPaX (Prior Authorization & EHR Automation).
  • RideOn Referral Management Notice: Governs closed-loop e-referrals, care coordination, and referral telemetry tracking on RideOn.
  • ShopRideON Store, Orders & Payment Privacy Notice: Governs purchases, DME supplier fulfillment, shipping, and PCI-DSS payment processing on the ShopRideON marketplace.
  • VitalCareX Mobile App User Privacy Policy: Governs patients, clinicians, and end-users of the VitalCareX mobile app across its dual modes of operation: Clinical Enterprise Mode (transmitting physiological telemetry and PHI under HIPAA/BAAs) and Standalone Consumer Mode (direct-to-consumer vitals tracking with optional MyCareX PHR integration).

III. Global Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA Summary)

Depending on your jurisdiction (including California), you hold statutory rights regarding your personal data. For data collected outside of the HIPAA/CMIA clinical exemptions, you have the:

  • Right to Know & Access: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties to whom data is disclosed.
